Come to the Clubhouse for our second General Meeting of the year. All are welcome.
For this interactive General Meeting activity, we are joined by Robert Leh of Gymnasium for the Mind, as featured in the just-published book, Party on Purpose, by WTCC member Cheryl Leutjen.
“When we’re playing, we’re the most ourselves,” says Robert, president and co-founder of Gymnasium for the Mind, a program that uses improvisational games to enhance everyday cognitive function. “We’re focused on the game, less self-conscious, and our walls come down—or at least lower. Playfulness is a natural state. Just watch children: any household object becomes the best toy in the world.”
Gymnasium for the Mind blends creativity, play, and neuroscience. Its sister program, Playful Encounters, brings that spirit to social gatherings through improvisational games.
In Party on Purpose, Cheryl writes, "Why play? Because it’s good for your brain and your party. These games, adapted from classic theater techniques, sharpen instincts, boost creativity, and heighten responsiveness."
Tickets are $20. Scan the QR code above or click here to reserve your spot. We will have a No Host Bar. You can either bring your own snacks, or purchase some bites onsite.
