Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join Mary Frances Spencer on the Spring Equinox for a relaxing meditation and a 1-hour Sound Bath with Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls! On this day, we enjoy equal daylight and night hours. We will celebrate Spring, the blooming of flowers and plants growing, rebirth and creativity! Let us celebrate brighter days, warmer weather, and return of the Sun. We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions for Spring 2025, moving into transformation as we shift into lighter days. We will have some breath-work to ground ourselves, and then lie down on mat/blankets/pillows, and enjoy a Sound Bath of Singing Bowls. Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!!



Bring: paper and pen for your intentions, and a Yoga mat/blanket/pillow to lie down on for the Tonal Concert.



Enjoy the vibration of harmonic frequencies that will soothe the soul and release stress and tension from our bodies. Masks optional, and quiet children 8 years and up welcome!
