Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Come and enjoy an evening with Mary Frances Spencer on SUMMER SOLSTICE on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the Women's Twentieth Century Club of Eagle Rock at 7 p.m.

We celebrate the heat and nourishment of the sun, the bounty of nature, fertility, and slowing down to vacation-mode!  We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions of what we are warming up to this new season, visioning renewal, abundance, making time for rest and relaxation!  Bring your own mat/blankets/pillows to lie down and enjoy an hour Sound Bath of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls.  Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!!

Bring paper and pen for your intentions.

Enjoy the vibration of harmonic frequencies that will soothe the soul and release stress and tension from our bodies.  Masks optional, and quiet-children 8 and up welcome!
