Join Mary Frances Spencer the night after WINTER SOLSTICE for a relaxing meditation and an hour Sound Bath with Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls! The shortest day and longest night of the year! We will celebrate the coming of Spring, days will be getting longer and the light will be returning! Let us meditate on Winter's turning, the shift of season as we "hibernate and nourish" before the plants grow again. We welcome this powerful time of end-of-year holidays, taking a time together with family and friends as we gift each other with special times together. We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions for Winter 2024, moving into transformation as we shift into lighter days. We will have some breath-work to ground ourselves, and then lie down on mat/blankets/pillows, and enjoy an hour Sound Bath of Singing Bowls. Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!!

Bring paper and pen for your intentions, and a Yoga mat/blanket/pillow to lie down on for the Tonal Concert.

Enjoy the vibration of harmonic frequencies that will soothe the soul and release stress and tension

from our bodies. Masks optional, and quiet-children 8 and up welcome!
