Let us meditate on Winter's turning, the shift of season as we "hibernate and nourish" before the plants grow again. We welcome this powerful time of end-of-year holidays, taking a time together with family and friends as we gift each other with special times together. We will have a short meditation, setting our intentions for Winter 2024, moving into transformation as we shift into lighter days. We will have some breath-work to ground ourselves, and then lie down on mat/blankets/pillows, and enjoy an hour Sound Bath of Singing Bowls. Other Sound Instruments may chime in as well!!! Bring paper and pen for your intentions, and a Yoga mat/blanket/pillow to lie down on for the Tonal Concert. This year, we have the pleasure of having Theater Americana entertain us with Holiday classic music. This traditional holiday program is set in the beautiful decorated clubhouse reminiscent of traditional California architecture. The show features holiday music by Bryan James Love, Jackie Gibson, Tiffany Bailey, Phillip Powell, Denise Harvey and others. After the beautiful tradition of holiday music, the dance floor opens with music from Motown, big band, pop and soul.  It's a great evening to "ring in the holidays". Following the program, prepare your dancing shoes for a fun-filled night of dancing, singing, and bidding on the silent auction.. The constant need for blood remains crucial for Hospital patients relying on lifesaving blood transfusions and upcoming surgeries. Every 2 seconds someone needs blood and roughly 29,000. units of red blood cells are required every day in the US. With your commitment it will allow families the opportunity to be with loved ones. 1 blood donation can help up to 3 Lives.
