Join us for refreshments, followed by a special screening of The M Factor — a compelling documentary that brings long-overdue attention to the topic of menopause.

Menopause isn’t new — but the silence around it is. This is changing, and we invite you to be part of the movement to change the dialogue around “The Change.”

Through honest, unfiltered stories and expert insight, the film exposes how women’s symptoms are routinely dismissed, how workplaces fail to account for women’s bodies, and how gaps in medical training leave too many without answers. The result is a powerful look at a life stage that can quietly disrupt health, confidence, and careers — or, when recognized early, become a turning point for clarity and control.
